Technically Microsoft Surface 2 is upgraded generously from its predecessor, you wont regret on the performance front. While Microsoft again disappoints by skipping the GPS in this version also. The Primary camera on the rear panel is of 5 MP with LED Flash light, geo tagging, auto focus. This tablet sports a 7 Inch IPS LCD Capacitive touch screen with multi touch upto 10 fingers & Fire OS 3.0 Mojito UI. The WUXGA display looks brilliant with the resolution of 1200 x 1920 Pixels, ~323 ppi pixels density, 16 M Colours. Chinese Electronic Giant Oppo has announced yet another smartphone with some great specifications which is codenamed as Oppo N1 and is expected to hit the stores at a retail price of approx $ 570 / approx Pounds 355 / approx Rupees 35700/-. This smartphone features a 5.9 Inch IPS LCD Capacitive touch screen with multi touch. The display is super sensitive and allows you to use it with gloves on & even with a pen or pencil. The display of Oppo N1 looks brilliant in full HD as it packs in a resolution of 1080 x 1920 Pixels, ~373 ppi pixels density, 16 M Colours. On the front panel there are three capacitive touch buttons for Back, Home and Menu. Dimensionally this smartphone measures 170.7 x 82.6 x 9 mm (6.72 x 3.25 x 0.35 in), it is a bit heavier as it weighs 213 gms (7.51 oz) & there are two flavours to select your very own Oppo N1 viz; Black & White. The area below the camera on the rear panel is touch sensitive. The feature is called O-Touch and depending on the gesture that you make, the phone can either play next song, browse the web or do a custom action. For example you can long touch the back of the phone while the came app is on and it will take a shot with the front facing camera. The supported gestures are long press, sliding and tapping. One disappointing feature in this Oppo N1 is that it supports 3G network and not 4G / LTE network. Oppo has developed its very own Color OS based on Android OS v4.2 (Jelly Bean) and this smartphone comes out of the box with this new OS. The data connectivity aspect of Oppo N1 is generously loaded with Wifi, Wifi Direct, Wifi Hotspot, DLNA, NFC, Bluetooth v4.0, microUSB v2.0, USB On-the-go. For positioning this smartphone also features GPS with A GPS. Another innovation from Oppo is the revolving rear camera.
