Samung Galaxy Tab 3 shows great improvement in performance from its predecessor Tab 2.

Latest in the Samsung Galaxy Tab series is a 4G Tab with Voice calling feature named the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 P3200. Samsung has really worked over the performance of this tablet. The display size is a 7 inches TFT Capacitive Touch Screen with resolution of 600 x 1024 P, screen density of ~170 ppi, 16M colours, Multi Touch & TouchWiz UX UI (except for the screen density which is average rest is good). The dimensions are 188 x 111.1 x 9.9 mm & weight is 306 gms. The tab is loaded with a 1.2 GHz Dual Core Processor, Exynos 4212 Chipset, Mali 400 GPU, 1 GB of RAM (it will give a much better performance from its earlier Tab 2) & comes preloaded with Android OS v4.1 (Jelly Bean). Internal memory has two options 8/16 GB which has support for further 64 GB microSD (now that is a descent storage). The rear shooter is of 3 MP, resolution 2048 x 1536,  Video recording of 1280 x 720 HD @ 30 fps & the front shooter is of 1.3 MP for video chatting (camera is too weak could have given atleast 5 MP & 2 MP) . Samsung could be a real micromax and karbonn killer if it starts launching its smartphones under its flagship series of Galaxy at a more competitive price, as these indigenous brands are giving the same specs in the sub 15000/- range. Samsung definitely has a upper hand due to its User Interface & its support for OTA ( Over The Air ) updates.
